Author that inspired Red Barchetta rides with Neil

Post by Big Blue Owl »

There is a great ride story from Richard Foster, the guy who wrote "A Nice Morning Drive", the story that inspired Neil to write Red Barchetta.

The story is so awesome and is packed with pics. Here's one now:

Most excellent! \m/

I used that story in our homeschool one day. We read Mr. Foster's story and then Red Barchetta and did a compare/contrast kind of thing. That was fun.

Thanks for this, BBO.

I remember reading that quite a while ago....think an aquaintance lent me a copy, or something. Story was cool, but the song was better.

I agree, but the article/road chronicle is brilliant. http://www.bmwbmw.org/bmwforums/viewtop ... sc&start=0
