Broken Walls

This is a band that H, Bear, and I went to see recently.

They are Mohawk men who are Christian, but the music is something that I think even non-Christians would appreciate. They bring their tribal music in with a full set of cdear/buffalo hide drums being played along with a "regular" set and a bass and guitar. The vocalist also plays cedar flute and they use the circle drum too. They also do some of the singing in Mohawk.
