One to two pounds a week is supposed to be a good healthy rate.

1-2 a week is a 3500-7000 calorie deficit, any quicker than that is quite unhealthy and you will bottom out metabolism wise, 1-2 you can maintain proper metabolism to keep losing the weight, keep up the good work yo,

I changed the way I eat. More fruits and veggies, a LOT less junk, no sugar in my coffee, and hitting the gym 4 times a week.

And a TON of water.

Awesome man, thats all it takes sometimes, Aim for 4L of fluid mostly water a day if you are hitting the gym, thats pretty optimal. No less than 3L, both fat loss and muscle growth use a lot of water.
