I'm thinking that Rom is the only one that can defeat
he-who-shall-not-be-named.

I don't like it, but that's the way it's looking.

However, if Rubio or Christie accept the nod for VP...it's
GAME OVER for the donkeys.

Siggy, while I respect you tremendously, I cannot abide in the "Who is most likely to win" mentality. I am willing to vote for an obviously loser in order to keep my conscience clean before God.

I rate each individual candidate according to their own merit, regardless the odds. As such, I have not yet found the candidate I will get behind. Fortunately, there is still a bit of time to do my homework.

At this point, were the election today, I would bend toward Santorum if he were on the ballot.

Only time will tell at this point.

I think the first priority is to get you-know-who out of office, but I totally
agree with you about doing the research and voting with one's
concience - instead of the D or R next to the candidate's name.

Observe...Dave Mustaine makes some interesting comments about the
R candidates and eventually endorses Rick S.

Now, observe the liberal denizens of HP trash him to pieces in the
comments.

One more thing - did you know Mustaine is a born-again Christian?

There you go.

As for me and myself, were the election held today, I would go with Santorum.

I think you guys are going to be pissed come November. :-) If Santorum and Romney are the two best the Republicans have to offer, and than if one of them chooses that nutbag (but hot) Palin to run with them.. game over.. You are going to be saying President Obama for the next 4 years..

Don't you believe it Soup.

All it takes is one videotape of BO's days at Harvard to come out in the
next week and all bets are off.

oh...wait...

I think the right is going to have to do better than that! Remember Bill Clinton did 8 years. Obama is popular.. and if you ask me that Santorum is a religious nutbag.. I am all about God and family values.. I just don't want it shoved down my throat, as do most voters..

If Santorum gets the nod, its going to be game, set, match for the Republican party..

What cracks me up about the two party system, these guys rip each other up during the primaries but all of a sudden when it's over, they are back in bed with each other.. The Libs do the same thing I know..

Just dont understand why they can be at such odds with each other but than after the smoke clears they all agree on what is best for our country..

They should just shit can the two party system, pick five guys with 5 different plans and than let the American people decide.. do it every four years..
Happy 2015!

The establishment on both sides of the aisle KNOW what's getting ready
to happen.

Somebody is going to turn this whole thing upside down.

Timing is everything.

Let 'em get stick their chest out...think they have it sewn up....and BAM!

Someone unleashes the game-changer.
