That's why he laughed, he's only been playing a few months, but he's dedicated ;) He said "Oh sure, lets mess with Dave, he's only the most rockingest drummer ever!" He can fake it pretty well, just no fancy rolls.

By and large, when NEP plays in four, his grooves aren't tooooo bad, but his fills usually have a twist and he gets some pretty crazy feel. What gets crazy is the way he bends odd time signatures and punches accents. Very worthy of a big band drummer, even.

So she's the one who plays the guitar? I saw one in the background of your picture. I guess we have more to talk about then.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra...now there's some cool music!

I found this to be a great surprise:

VAN HALEN And TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA Ink Deal With William Morris
Agency [Rock Hard - 04.03.15 07:00:22]

According to Billboard.biz, VAN HALEN And TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA
have inked a deal with William Morris Agency in Los Angeles for
future touring plans. The Van Halen news is particularly interesting
as more pieces of the reunion puzzle with SAMMY HAGAR are falling
together. A Van Halen tour is expected to begin in early summer.

My block of 10 songs set to play next are:

"Roll Me Away" Bob Seger
"Different Strings" Rush
"The Best of Time" Styx
"No Way Out" Jefferson Starship
"Magic Power" Triumph
"Children of the Night" Richard Marx
"Is There Something I Should Know" Duran Duran
"Sweet Miracle" Rush
"Everyday Glory" Rush
"Turn The Page" Bob Seger

Quite a mix, huh?
