Should I complain?

Post by schuette »

Should I complain to someone about my official Rush t-shirt? The stitching has come away at the sleeve and I've only wore it once. The thing is where do you write to complain about something like that?
Maybe some of you think it's petty of me to complain but it did cost me ?20, which is a lot to me, and I want to keep this t-shirt for years...

I certainly would.

I must admit, though, its the first time I've heard a complaint about official Rush merchandise in 25 years.

I feel shitty complaining cuz it's Rush....but if I bought this from a shop I would certainly have no second thoughts about taking it back.
Where do I complain to though...?

Good question. All I can suggest is to get into touch with the Backstage CLub and/or SRO Management and see what they suggest.

I went to Rush.com and contacted them asking if they can help or at least tell me where to write to to see if something about it can be done.
I'll let you know what the outcome is..

Yah, schu, I would too. I read somewhere that someone bought a poster from the Backstage Club and it arrived all banged up. Not their fault at all, just the postman's.

He complained (or commented) and they sent him another one FREE! No questions asked.

I hope it gets sorted out. None of us is rich (I think) and spending money at the venues really eats into the wallet.

Good luck. :)

Are you sure the shirt shrunk? Or has it been in your closet for 15 years? ;)
I remember watching in amazement as Geddy sang, played bass, and played the keyboards with his feet. I thought, "Who is this guy???"
