Sunday Mail review

Post by schuette »

Playing two separate 90-minutes sets, Rush certainly gave value for money. They played a huge variety of material from their 30-year career including the excellent Earthbound :? , Tom Sawyer and fantastic 2112 Overture and Temples if Syrinx.
Each band member was a master of their craft and their virtuoso displays were tempered ans never too indulgent. A hightligh was the drum solo by the amazing Neil Peart. Usually they are a bore but he mixed it up with a range of percussion effects. This was the best presented show I have seen this year and almost perfect.

I think we can let him off with Earthbound....

Earthbound...

That's on the same album as Piece of a Kingdom, right?
