The Truest Joke Ever

Post by Slaine mac Roth »

How many drummers does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

Five: one to screw in the light bulb and four to talk about how much better Neil Peart would have done it!

Drummers are......well, I would say special, but that has a new meaning of its own in my home. They are......ummmm.............different.

I've never read this joke before, but it's pretty much right. anything we 'drummers' do, we always talk about how much we (or someone else) could have done it better.....never satisfied...

I can't say without knowing I may get some argument that Neil is the best drummer ever, but he is my favorite, and quite unarguably a master at his trade.

Professor is one of those drummers that'll never be replicated...like John Bonham, Bill Bruford(Yes, King Crimson), Prairie Prince(The Tubes)...

That's why I have such a difficult time finding drummers to help me work up some Rush tunage...especially the older stuff...they, for the most part, won't touch it...
Don't start none...won't be none.
