It was Noah Webster who put out the first American dictionary in 1828. You can buy facsimilie reproductions of it today.

In fact, Clutch's singer's name is Neil (coincidence? hahaha), so their lyrics DEFINITELY reek of Rush...They're from Maryland, and they have a really big base here in the DC area....They just made it big, so keep an eye out for them...
