My oldest tattoo is from 1993. I just wondered if you got that after the Hurricane last year or what.

Hi All....Happy New Year!

Just got my R30 DVD for Christmas....Cool, but there's some cheese to be found...Like the one early video...I can't remember which one, but the sound is so poor, I'm wondering if they "left that thing alone", or just threw the soundtrack in there without tweaking it...As high-tech as they are, I'm assuming that track is "as good as it gets"....bummer....

I liked the guitar picks from Lerxt and By-tor, but why didn't the Professor throw in a skull cap with it? I understand that you can't put a drum stick or a cymbal in the box, but what's the deal....Neil? hahaha

The "backstage pass" is dubious too....it's just a cloth decal...I may put it on my Kramer, but for now it's staying in the box...

All-in-all though, I enjoy it and will try my best to find those easter eggs without cheating....nope...too late for that too...hahaha I couldn't RESIST and got the cheats...Like they say in the gaming world: CHEATS SAVE LIVES hahaha

Hi Awip....where ya at? Gimme a shout....Hey Soup....GO COLTS!

Your Mutual Rushian friend,

Siggy

Hi Awip....did you get a reply? I might have spazzed out and closed it without sending it....Anyway, apologies if I did...

I like R30 to an extent...The one early video is crappy-sounding, but the rest is okay...

How's things out West? You guys drying out yet?

We're still having some nice weather here in VA...been in the 50's for a week or so, and it feels like early Spring! WOOHOO! But alas, old man winter will rear his ugly head again in a week or so, and we'll be in the freezer again...

Hey, I'm secretly rooting for Seattle to face the Colts for the AFC title...That's gonna be HUGE if it happens...And likewise, I'm secretly rooting for the Redskins since they haven't been in, like, seven years...This place is going crazy already since they made it in...The "Bandwagon" is rolling again...("Bandwagon": people who don't normally root for the Redskins unless they're winning)

Anyway, keep in touch...I'm back from vacation and ready to ROCK

Rush on,

I do that too! LOL No worries.

Things out here have been wet still. Had a nice hard rain today. Sure was beautiful! We are doing much better than NOrthern California. Rivers are a bit raised, but no homes are gonna be lost.

Yeah, I was looking at those big drainage ditches in LA and WOW....They're up there! Hope no children get adventurous and try to sneak in there.....ugh....

We're grieving with those in WV over the loss of those miners...My family were coal miners in WV up to my dad's generation....I was the first generation of my family to be born outside of WV, but I go back yearly to check on relatives...It's like they said on CNN: "There are families there, and there are families SUPPORTING families over there"...The apple doesn't fall far from the tree in coal country...No matter where we wind up in life...It's all they know...You either dig coal for a living, or move....My folks chose to move...And I respect them for that, although the scenery in that part of the US is breathtaking...Unless you go to the mining towns, which are a throwback to the turn of the century...I have to believe the Blue Ridge Mountains and the addictive scenery are the reasons they stay, even if they live in poverty...But that can be Anywhere, USA too...

We all have our reasons for staying or leaving...

.....and people wonder why West Virginians are so religious, why miners pray every day before they go to work, and why they tell their families they love them EVERY DAY...They never know if it will be the last time...

Maybe, if you have the time, you could say a prayer for those lost, and the young man fighting for his life...You have more stroke in that department than I...I'm about prayered out...Other than that, life is good!

Sorry to ramble...Just reflecting on my memories of the Mountaineer State...They (WVU) kicked butt in their "Bowl" game though! hahaha

Rockin' On w/ La Villa Strangiato on my mind (I LOVE that song...my fave along with YYZ) Instrumentals RULE,

Siggy

I used to play in the drainage tubes in Orange County when I was a teen.

As far as the prayin' goes, no worries. Started when I first heard of the situation, and I know I am not the only one out here unconnected to them who is praying.
