Yes, I was being a bit stupid at that answer. Never the less the death penalty is more humane than being stuck in a 8 x 10 concrete box all day.
Seriously I agree at the hard labor at some sort of progress for the betterment of humanity, perhaps recycling the worlds garbage dumps and we can even be nice and let them eat the rats.
