I still remember seeing him with Zep back in '77....they did a 3-night stand here, and it sold out in 36 hours...I caught the last night, and they gave us our money's worth ($7.50 back then hahahaha)

hell, you can't even PARK for that much now...hahaha

I'll never forget....NO opening act...NO intermission...just 3 hours of heart-pounding drums and bass and shrieking Les Paul and Danelectro goodness(you could actually feel the sound waves coursing through the body....all the way into your gut...AWESOME)

LOL..yeah, they were right up there with Blue Oyster Cult and Kiss for the loudest shows...Kiss held the record there for a few years...well over 120 dB....

I believe that the EPA has put restrictions on sound levels and lasers now right? (Blue Oyster Cult used to point lasers at everyone, and the beams would break up and appear to be going through peoples' bodies...and NO....I wasn't eating 'shrooms) :headbang:

Shows now are NOTHING to what they used to be...

'Teeter-totter' do you not mean 'see-saw'? and a 'merry-go-round' is a 'roundabout' dontchaknow :-D . Yep, we have 'slides' and 'swings' but obviously ours are better :-D .

Teeter-totter, see0saw, same thing man.

I like merry-go-round, biz it reminds me of the Crue song. Brings back childhood memories.

I really think our current lawsuit-happy society is nuts.

Helter-skelter?

All I know is that when you get to the bottom you go back to the top of the slide. When you get to the top, you go for a ride. When you get to the bottom, you do it again.
