Call Me Picky...

Post by thetrees »

I have a question about RIR. i love it just as much as the next guy, but if i had to be picky, there are a couple things i would note. Does anyone else think that there are too many camera cuts?? call me lame, but i almost get dizzy watching it. :? i just want to see the trio in action and some individual magic, not a strobe light. The other thing, i was wondering if anyone noticed that the audio was mixed a little too guitar heavy?? it seems to be that the guitar drowns out the driving bass lines often in RIR. :???:

I thought the bass drowns out the guitar lines...but yeah it does switch kinda fast...wish they'd show more stage shots or have that as an option, their lightshows are incredible.

I agree with you to an extent.....They shoulda had more multi-angle-camera songs featured...I mean, how else are we (wannbe's) gonna copy Alex's technique? huh? what? hahaha

Peace out,

The first time I saw Tom Sawyer, I had a really hard time figruing
out what was going on.
After so many viewings though,
the whole show is fine.

Call me crazy, but I think they did that intentionally, to keep us wannabe's from learning toooooo much technique.

(thank Ged the "Alexcam" on RIR "La Villa" and "YYZ" stayed on Alex enough to get tabs during 1/7th speed Slow mo....yeah I'm a sneaky little shit like that.) :P
