"what a payoff: since the tax was enacted in 2004 it has netted Tennessee $3.5 million in extra revenue, 75% of which goes directly to the enforcement agencies that carry out the drug busts."

So, people are actually PAYING?!??!

I'm gonna go out on a limb, and assume that it's IN ADDITION TO the personal property that was seized by the state as well....nice.

Never mind the folks starving and cold there. :???:

I said it before pot won't ever become legal well maybe not ever but for now the rx companys will loose to much money. There is a new drug that would help me CT-3 but the FDA hasn't yet approved it. I wish I could just
light up but due to my job I can't. I take vicodin everyday for pain and it isn't good for my liver, kidneys, stomach etc. CT-3 has no known side effects and all the studies are complete...what are they waiting for?
Mairnol is the only one in this country that you can get with a prescription but it is for cancer and aids. They even found that pot has some antioxidents in it, go figure. I use to smoke it for the high but now need it for pain management and can't it is a travisty that I have to mess up my body with other pain meds. I know it works because I tried it for pain not only does it work for the pain but gets me up and moving, interested in life more, but what do I know.

Even Steven Covey agrees with you, Me. He's a big advocate of more easily attainable medicinal Marijuana because he knows so many people in your situation.
Aren't you the guy who hit me in the eye?

Thanks, Elfdude!

I am going to the doctor today, going to talk to him about it. I don't think it is going to do any good, just another voice.
