I got the runaround for a stupid job interview I thought I was supposed to have today.

I feel like kicking something. (takes D.A. out of harms way)

They told me to be at the interview at 10. The place was easy to find and I called them to let them know. I was supposed to find a certain room but couldn't find it and the stupid place was a maze and I had trouble trying to find someone to get directions to find the room number. I walked and walked around and nothing. umber. I found someone else who took me to some hall and she said the guy will get to me. I waited for 30 minutes just listening to some guy talking on the phone and then I see him get up and tell someone else he's going for a break. He did acknowledge I was there and he left. He said nothing about the interview. I had the interview for 10 am and it was going to 10:30 already which made me so angry that I got up and left. The guy was barely coming back asking if I was still waiting and I said I'm leaving and that was it. What the hell was that about?

Don't worry RL....that guy wasn't worth working for...even if he DID hire you...You got a bird's eye view of his "people skills", huh? HAHAHA

That sucks, but take it with a grain of salt, pull yer britches up and go on to the next interview...They all just wanna know how much money you're gonna make for them anyway...it's all about the bottom line you know...

Was he the potential boss, or a "headhunter"?

I think he was just a headhunter. Thank you for the encouragement. The job I did want never called me back. They just didn't want me. So I am still trying in other places. I hate telemarketing jobs and customer service because you do get angry or dumbass people trying to hurt you, get you mad, and you get into trouble with whoever is listening. I'm only trying with those idiots again so I can start having a paycheck and putting it to good use again. I slowly paid a credit card from my last trip to see Dan. I hope to afford another trip this year.
