Clinton had the affair with Monica in order to cover up what was happening in Serbia? As I recall it was Monica who went to the media - was it some kind of conspiracy?

Did I ACTUALLY say.... Clinton had the affair with Monica in order to cover up what was happening in Serbia? No I did no such thing. Once the Monica scandal broke, (Regardless of who "Blew" the whistle), LMAO, was used to push the Serbia thing off the front page. It is irrelevant why or how the affair took place.
