We need a new party or two, I agree! We need parties that are actually civil servants not civil gods over us. We need parties that really do listen to what the people want who don't send letters to their constituants that explain to the poor deluded citizen that the representative will not vote for or against whatever the individual wrote about because the citizenry just don't understand what is best for them.

The latest telephone poll taken by the office of the Governor of Texas
asked whether people who live in Texas think illegal immigration is a
serious problem:
A) 35% of respondents answered: "Yes, it is a serious problem."
B) 65% of respondents answered: "No es una problema serio."
(Any other questions?)

The 'Bird Feeder' Theory

I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back porch and
filled it with seed.

Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking
advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily
accessible food.

...But then the birds started building nests in the boards
of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue....

Then came the poop. It was everywhere:

On the patio tile, the chairs, the table...everywhere.

Then some of the birds turned mean:

They would dive bomb me, and try to peck me -
even though I had fed them out of my own pocket.

And others birds were boisterous and loud:

They sat on the feeder and squawked and screamed
at all hours of the day and night, and demanded
that I fill it when it got low on food..

After a while, I couldn't even sit on my own back porch anymore.

I took down the bird feeder - and in three days the birds were gone!!

I cleaned up their mess, and took down the many nests
they had built all over the patio.

Soon, the back yard was like it used to be:

Quiet, serene and no one demanding
their rights to a free meal.

Now lets see:

...Our government gives out free food, subsidized
housing, free medical care, free education....

And allows anyone born here to become a U.S. citizen.

Then - the illegals came by the tens of thousands.

Suddenly - Our taxes went up to pay for free services;
small apartments are housing FIVE families....

..You have to wait 6 hours to be seen by an emergency
room doctor;

..Your child's 2nd grade class is behind other schools
because over half the class doesn't speak English;

..Corn Flakes now come in a bilingual box;

..I have to press "one" to hear my bank talk to me in
English, and people waving flags other than "Old Glory"
are squawking and screaming in the streets, demanding
more rights and free liberties.

Ya know...

Maybe it's time for the government to

take down the bird feeder.

Good analogy, Siggs!

I just don't understand why some people think that they can just walk in (illegally) and demand that we give them everything and anything. I'd lots of friends when I was a kid who had immigrated legally from Mexico, and I tell ya, they didn't get it either.

EXACTLY t.....80% of the ones protesting would prolly have a difficult time producing a GREEN CARD, but isn't that OUR point?. LOL

So many shitty vehicles around here with illegal alien calling cards. When I see one I think very bad, bad things. Giant stenciled lettering announcing their demands. Blasting out "ai-yai-yai-yaaaaa" music, all clinking their bottles of Dos X's while laughing at how hard Johnny has to work because he's not a filthy party crasher.
So many bags of crap stealing, raping, drugging...hurling themselves over our border...I have a bad feeling that you'll someday read about me in the papers, see it on CNN. Not in a good way.

I'm going to go vigilante-postal, I swear to Ged. Maybe I'll hit the road south and become a border batman, except with a gun or seven, some alien smart bombs and a sword that'll cut a car in half.

The same fate should befall those that aid this cockroach infestation. Politicians who stand to gain from them, churches that offer them sanctuary...
