Boston Celtics - you knew it was coming

Post by Middle Kingdom »

Go gang green!

I went to game 7 against Atlanta last Sunday.
What an event!
My son went and we had a blast, chanting, cheering, and
jeering from the 3rd to last row of the balcony.
You can see everything though, as the Gahhh-den is more steep than wide.

Hopefully we can finally win a road playoff game tonight and go up 3-1
on LeBron & company.

Fixed that for you.

They need to win a road game, end of story. No road win, no title.

The Len Bias curse I guess.

Actually Celts can win the title without winning a road game.
They would have to play 4 seven game series and win all 4 at home in
each series.

But YYZ's point is, someone will win at Boston.
Hopefully not Cleveland tomorrow night.

Ah, the New England area fans. Come out of the woodwork when their team is doing well, hide in clam chowdah when they're not.
Don't tell me about rock and roll I'm out there in the clubs and on the streets and I'm living it! I am rock and roll!

I never watch basketball....................Unless it is the Gonzaga Bulldogs.

Yeah...........college ball, but hey, they are within 2 miles of my house for a home game.

I can remember Auerbach smiling a sly smile when it was announced we got the number 2 pick that draft, while everyone was laughing that we didn't get the #1 pick.

Bird was even going to the rookie camp to play with him that summer,
after dominating 1986 and coasting to the title.
Unheard of!

Then just like that......a shame, for the kid and his family.

Game 5 tonight.
