Had Hitler knew anything about Aviation, the ME 262 would have outclassed anything in the sky and we would be speaking German today. The German's were so far ahead of us technology wise it was not even funny.

But Hitler wanted to use the 262 for something it was not designed for. He even went so far as to put a 50 MM cannon on the front of them. He wanted to use them as bombers. They were pure dogfighters, the 262 would kick the Mustang's ass on any given day.

yeah bro, but they weren't INVINCIBLE. We learned how to take 'em down.

The Raptor and JSF on the other hand....they have at LEAST a 15 year reign.
