So you're going to let your first pick during week 1 influence you? I always say week 1 is a "barometer week" to learn what teams can and can't do. If you get more than 11 wins that is an EXCELLENT week in my experience.

Chill out - plenty of football left in the season.

Bear let me know that internet access is very inconsistent, but he is doing fine. He is part of a great platoon where everyone loves to shoot, so his six if being well cared for. He is looking forward to kicking all our *ahem* butts next season.

Tell ya what too, Peyton did not look like he missed a whole season with a neck injury. Man, he looked good last night. It was like seeing your ex girlfriend having fun with her new guy!
