I've an electric tuner. but I tune by ear as a preference. I've got REAL good ears. get it from my momma, who's perfect pitch.

I suspect it has to do with watching Alex Lifeson play LPs again in Rush in Rio after all these years of him hardly touching them. Now he's playing them right along side his Paul Reed Smiths and seems to be enjoying them every bit as much. I've got two guitars that can do everything a Les Paul can... they're just flattops. I seem to be having a new relationship with archtops.

Oh well... I won't be buying any more guitars in the near future. Time to exercise some self control.
