back bacon is thick slabs of bacon, loking similar to ham, cut off the back of the big, not nearly as fatty as stripped bacon, and it is coasting arround the edges with pea meal, you yanks call it back or canadian bacon, we call it pea meal bacon

Ah-ha! I suspected that it might be what we call Canadian Bacon! Thanks for that.

Okay then, let me ask you this... down here we have something that we call American Cheese. Do Canadians call it Back Cheese?

Nah, I love him, he's hilarious, just on one episode of Whose Line? Drew & Ryan were trading insults and Colin jumped in with, "Hey, I'll be your lightning rod of hate! Let's make fun of the bald guy!"

try some canadian bacon lol good stuff! , and no we call it american cheese , not a fan of processed cheese myself though
