Boot' Heaven

Post by Ogg »

(this will be moved to the appropriate place once it receives the attention it deserves :-D )

I'm in the middle of downloading the best Rush boot' ever! It's a three camera audience shot video of the R30 set, filmed at the Radio City Music Hall New York in August of last year and it's excellent. It's a hefty three dvd's (each 4.5gb), I'm currently downloading the second disc and expect to finish it over the weekend. Maybe someone here is interested in a trade?

Producer Notes:

Video encoded from the 3-cam digital master mixdown tapes, and audio synced from the DAT audio from the BBP release.

This was released as a 3-DVD set to maximize video quality and preserve the audio in the uncompressed pure PCM format.

This release has been seeded to many reliable traders, and should be widely available via the usual channels. (Feel free to start a BitTorrent, my friends!)

Artwork available on the discs in the "Artwork" folder; includes a "fatboy" version for the 3-disc cases..."

I will post some screen caps when time permits.

You were actually at the show Kares'? How cool is that?

I'm pleased that I'm getting an audio boot' of the Birmingham Uk show that I attended, I can only imagine what it would be like to find the actual video footage.
Is your copy from the same source as mine? If so then prepare to be amazed, the quality is excellent. 'Animate' is currently playing on my surround sound tv...and my daughters have just complained about the volume level, it is 10 45 pm after all :-D .

Yes, Ogg I was at the show. Whoooo!!! Those frozen screens (THANKS!!!!) brough back SHIVERS of memories! Yay!!!!! I remember the clothes even!!! I hope mine is good quality.

That was also the day I had a meet and greet with them!!! Ironic that the other "boot" I have of R30 is of the Nashville show when I "met" them too (that time through NPG of this board)!

Oh the MEMORIES!!!!! If mine is not of good quality I would be interested in possible trades but my larder is tiny.

I managed to download the first DVD last week just in time for my trip to China, so I had something to watch on the plane. Fantastic!

I'm back now and starting on Disc 2!

Bri
