I'll be quit 3 years in September. I smoked a pack a day for almost 30
years. I took Vitamin B Complex to make it easier for me to quit.

(The premise is....they give B12 shots to detox folks in the drunk tank, so
B12 will help you detox from nicotine too.)

Worked for me. Give it a shot when/if you decide to make that move
Stevie.

Much respect to Hairy and Zed for staying on the wagon with everything
going on.

I am an old bastige.
especially given the fact its been a long time since you were able to buy smokes for your parents.. My mom and dad used to send me down to the gas station to pick up a pack of smokes for them too.. These days they would have put us in foster homes and thrown mom and dad in the slam for child abuse..

Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that I am still getting nicotine, someone would be in a pine box the now. The e-cig is still a crutch for me and Marn, but at least we cut the harmfull stuff out. ZED is the real winner in this no smoking thing.
