I was in France about to fly to London on Thursday last week when I learned of the bombings. I was glad to continue my trip to London to show my support to our good friends in the UK! (BTW, had a great weekend in Windsor, as well. Great weather in a great country.)
Regards,
Bri

I've been to London just once and I liked it. Very pretty, lots of nices places to visit and then things like this happen. Why?

When the police can shoot dead a man who has already been captured and restrained, we can make a pretty reliable assumption that the terrorists have won.

This incident causes me far more concern than did yesterday's.

Developments: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4711021.stm

The man assassinated by police yesterday had nothing to do with the terrorist attacks.

I hear many are lauding the policeman as a hero.

Many? How many?

It turns out the man they assassinated was a Brazilian. Not Pakistani, not Arab, not a suicide bomber, not a terrorist, not even Muslim.
