just walk back there like you own the place...but if you go after the show is over, from what we have seen on the Rush In Rio documentary, it appears they will not be there, if you go during...they wil not be there, so you must go before the show starts.

The best time to get a face-to-face is early in the day, out back of the venue. They have to get off the tourbus to walk down the ramp to get in (usually) and I have actually met them several times this way. Problem is, that was late seventies, early eighties when they had less security-minded staff. Now may be a bit more tight.

We all know that they had and still have nothing to worry about from you, John.

NPG however...well..there might not be a show if she saw Neil walking around backstage pre-gig!

Yes, that was too soon. You're supposed to let the thread develop first.
I remember watching in amazement as Geddy sang, played bass, and played the keyboards with his feet. I thought, "Who is this guy???"

Well...

My advice was heartfelt and accurate. It IS an effective way to get backstage, no?

As for the rest, that's a quote from Batman Forever.

I must admit that the tactic CAN work, although it doesn't always.

As for the rest, I STILL think you need to see Dr. H!

Or do I need to ged the duct tape?

Two words: forget it. Neil hates that kind of thing - strangers and all. Unless you are lucky enough to do the meet and greet thing - ain't happening. Even then your access is very restricted.
