JT's Home

Post by New World Man »

I know everyone is aware that JT is now home! :D :D :D

I have wanted to post pics on here, but haven't been able to do that yet.
Must be the temporary forum.

But I wanted to give those concerned a long awaited update.

JT has been a little sick lately with bronchilitis (sp?). We are having to give him breathing treatments every four hours to help him breath easier. So far he is improving and still eating well :) . He is now up to 8 lbs. and 5 oz. We just love finally having him home with us where he belongs. It was a long 14 weeks in the hospital.

Thanks again to everyone for the thoughts, concerns and prayers for JT.

Andy! 8 lbs! Wow! :D That is wonderful news! I'm so happy to hear he's doing well despite the bronchitis. I'm looking forward to the pictures of our NWLD.

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!! What a nice Christmas (Hannukah?) present for you and your family.

My heart is full. Honestly. Maybe because I've had a tough year myself but have good news now. I hope the New Year brings the best to you and your family as the New World Man has a New World Man.

Rock on JT!!!

Hey Gang,

I just wanted to let you know that JT will have to have surgery 7:30 am
Monday morning. He has had some bad constipation and the surgeon believes that his inguinal hernias are the cause and have to be fixed now. He is now at 10 lbs., so at least he is at the target weight the surgeon wanted him at to do it. He is still breathing wheezy, so we are worried about his breathing and recovery. Please think about him and send up a prayer for him if you are the praying kind.

Thanks a lot,

Andy <><

Ayyyeeee, surgeries on offspring are tough. Last year, within a month early, both my sons had to go under the knife (one was 7, the other was 2), and when my daughter was 3 days old, she spit up blood, so we had to rush her to the hospital, but it ended up being rather minor. That's my round about way of saying I sympathize and sincerely hope things go well with the littlest Rush fan.
