I've never read this joke before, but it's pretty much right. anything we 'drummers' do, we always talk about how much we (or someone else) could have done it better.....never satisfied...

Well, my Dad got me into Rush, but I'm not sure if he is INTO them as I am, he DID take me to the concert, though. He's seen them 4 times over the years.

I'm not sure if you can catagorize as 'better' or 'worse'. Before 'T4E' he played completely different. ALL the drums sound great because it's NEIL PEART, but to ME, I'm gonna have to go with the DW. In my opinion thier the best made drum today and they sound they best!!....to me

Well, drum kits arn't cheap. After Neil started playing DW Drums, I checked to see how much it would cost me, and I was blown away!! But, Neil HAS the money to be spending on the elaborite sets...but I'm not complaining because I get to see him use it...and there is no way I could use an awesome set...

yes he is versitile, in all honesty he is the reason for me to ever pick up drum sticks. I am now going on my 8th year of playing. I always get pumped after watching his 'Work In Progress' video, and watching the Rush In Rio dvd....I LOVE RUSH!

RUSH wasn't the first concerts, but I was a Junior in high school when I saw them in Charlotte, NC on the R30 tour...abd although it wasnt my 'first' it was still the best! and when Neil started his solo...i cried.... :cry:

I've only read Ghost Rider, and it is by far the best book I've ever read!! I can't wait to pick up the rest of his books! :-D
