WOW! What a weekend - I am so glad I made the trip up from FLA! It was great meeting fellow Rush fans 2112X1MBH, Panacea, Mr Panacea, Kares, TommySL43, and last but certainly not least, the ever so gracious PV who gave me the opportunity to see another great Rush show! As Kare said earlier there wer...

Oh yeah - been a fan of Yes even prior to Rush. First show I saw was the Tormato tour in '79. I actually got to see the last show Jon and Rick performed ( at least in the US ) prior to their departure - 6/30/79. 8th row in the round. One of the best concerts I've ever seen! I thought they were the best opening band I've seen touring ...

Ahh yes, I remember that well, September 19,1980, the Permanent Waves tour. Two things that I can still recall from that show - an incredible explosion at the beginning of Temples of Syrinx and two new songs they previewed from their next album - Tom Sawyer and Limelight. Still going strong after 30...

I highly recommend the new Marillion CD, Marbles. The double CD edition available on their website has a new classic called Ocean Cloud. Clocking in at about 18 minutes it harks back to that classic Marillion sound of the old days... I also prefer the Fish era but I'm warming up to more and more of ...
