Okay, so looking at it in detail and translating what I could:

This place is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than I could handle. Two dining rooms? I have enough to do with one dining room. Still, Neil can PAY people to care for his 87 acres, and we have to care for our land all on our own.

Still, the house is very nice and I figure if you can afford it and can care for it, why not.

So, I hope Soup buys it for that Rush party!
