They'll be back. Hermie Edwards is no slouch. He demands perfection like Dungy, so next year will bring better days for KC.

Typical. The PLAYERS underperform, but the COACH Geds the axe.

Some things never change.

When a head coach geds fired, could you imagine what it would be like if he behaved like his ego-centric baby-arse players?!!

I think often times the coach geds the boot because the team needs a change, and the upper office is scared (emotionally blackmailed) by the perceived backlash from the media after the player pulls a stunt and begins accusing.

For instance, what if T.O. got axed (again). Was it because he was black? Was it because he was an attitude cancer? Could the team weather the storm for being racist, or for hurting his poorr itty bitty feewings?

Can the coach. He has the maturity and grace to handle it like a man.

Don't forget not allowing the coach to have the authority he needs over his players to deal with attitudes that need adjusting and poor behavior.

Marty got axed because he didn't give the MVP the ball in the second half
of a home playoff game. Our run defense sucked, and thecoach decided to pass the ball. His QB wasn't a tested veteran, so to put it on him rather than your MVP running back is poor coaching.

There's a reason he hasn't won a playoff game as coach in a decade.
