Another Tolkien inspired one:

Kraken

Light a torch and kiss the flame
Light these halls no man can tame
Halls of dark and crumbling stone
Holes where old and foul things roam

Winding down-- The Endless Stair
Winding up, cold and bare
Lightning crawls across a silver tip
Red hand clutching curbstone grit

Cold shadows on carven eyes
Hold sorrow hard to realize
Soft echos whisper in hallowed rooms
Rolling through vast catacombs

The doors open, the water boils
The bond is broken, the black snake coils
And he's watching you
