It's nothing personal Soup. I just feel confused.

I know some here are annoyed by my opinions, so I'm stepping off of the
soap box. It is what it is. In the end, the truth will prevail.

It always does.

I'm also at the age where technology is passing me by because I refuse
to put my life story out there on FB, MS and other social sites when you
read about their users (and their gadgets) being hacked (seemingly)
every other day.

How do I say "I miss you guys" without sounding like I live in the village
and skip to work?

That's all its aboot. Anyway, good to "hear" from you Bro.

All the best to you and yours (and all here for that matter).

Rock steady and holla at your boy.

I doubt anybody here is annoyed by your opinions.. We all have them.. does not make them right or wrong, it just makes them yours.. It makes for good debate and if people can't handle that.. well that's thier problem not yours..

as far as technology goes.. you should just do what you feel comfortable with.. again if somebody has a problem with that, it is their problem.

I seriously doubt anybody on this site has any problems with you. This is a pretty tight knit board with the same group of people for quite a few years now.. most of us may have never met, but I feel pretty comfortable with everybody on here..

and besides you crack me the hell up most times Sigs.. If I am having a bad day you are always good for a LOL..

so lighten up my brother.. Tis all good! :-)

Not at all - it's a simple matter of we all have our opinions. Do I agree with everything you post? No - but I am willing to "listen" to you.

The problem that is growing is "My opinion is the right one, you can't change it by talking to me, and I am going to ram it down your throat until you change YOUR mind to the way I think." No I am not. I will listen to you and hear you out - maybe I will change my mind, and maybe I'll stick to my guns.

When we lose our power to think as our own people it's a problem.

Un-enjoyment, I have a serious problem with you.

Why do I have to actively search for 3 jobs in my field a week, or run the rick of possibly being audited and made to pay back MY benefits???

E'ffin welfare sponges don't even have to wake up in the morning and they get a check.............NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Do I want what THEY get.............hell no, I want them to have to do what I have to do. For fucks sakes, I'm still paying them!!!!!!!

The system can lick me where I spawn. :smt097

Check this out...

I got discharged from active duty in 1981. I was 20. I was married for a
year. Not only was I denied unemployment (their justification was that I
could have continued employment by re-upping), after looking for work
for over over a month without success (thanks to the Carter
administration), I was also denied welfare because I made "too much"
during the year to qualify (it was only May and I was a lowly E-3...
go figure that one out!)...needless to say, I was a bitter man.

However, after telling the local government welfare official what I thought
of their "policy" for Veterans, I was only 3 days from taking a graveyard
shift at minimum wage ($3.35/hr in 1981) as a cashier for a large U.S.
convenience store chain when I got a break and started an evening shift
maintenance mechanic job at $6.33 an hour in said company's
warehouse.

I guess what I'm trying to say is...keep chugging along and something will
come your way when you least expect it.

I posted this in other music the other day. I don't think anyone saw it.

~~~I have been watching/listening to video of a Journey tribute band called ReCaptured. They are out of my hometown Omaha, fronted by one of my oldest friends Steve Reckinger. Please enjoy the clips. If you can't view you tube from work, find a friend and log on to this and watch from there. You won't be disappointed.
**swats away months of cobwebs**
Wow...what happened to this forum? It used to be a awesome place to
interact and hang out....all the good people and good conversations
(and even the bad ones)....I guess folks are more interested in "likes"
and "fans" and "followers" than to worry about a dusty old forum, huh?
Sad turn of events. :cry: Oh well, it was fun while it lasted and I'm still here.
Holla at your boy. :)
**padlocks the door**
I still check in every couple of days, but it is rather empty. I would love to have the old banter.
