My good chum and guitarist Dan passed on the album and I was immediately transfixed by his four octave vocal range and genius song writing. His cover of Leonard Cohen's 'Hallelujah' (from Shrek
) is superior to the original imho.What makes the album even more poignant is the sad fact that he died in a tragic drowning accident at the young age of thirty one.
