Black Sabbath 13

Anybody listened to this lately? Ozzy still sounds pretty good for an old man.
Happy 2015!

Lately? It just came out.

I heard the first single and I thought it was decent.

I like it. They are doing a tour this summer too. All original members except the drummer.

Which is the reason I don't consider it Sabbath.

In an interview with GUITAR magazine, Tony Iommi explained how he
was battling cancer and had to get this album DONE, so Ward's explanation
(as to why he couldn't join the effort at that time) didn't fly.

The rest of them went in the studio and made their first album together in DECADES.

I love this stuff.

OK - enlighten me please?

I heard that Ward wouldn't sign the contract to re-join because Sharon Osbourne was making his position in the band so weak with said contract.

I read the article and I don't blame the band for pressing on given the circumstances.

I retract my previous statement about this not being Sabbath.
