Thanks y'all. I really appreciate the kind words.

I recently got to see my Bro-In-Law and he gave me back the Barbados
post card that Lerxst signed for her back in 1979.

A little history here: I was 18, in the Navy and walking down the street in
Bridgetown and ran into Alex and Char at a street vendor kiosk. I
thought I was seeing things....I was...My future mentor! haha

Tina was just as much a Rush fan as I am. I thought to include her when
I got the chance to ask for autographs, but all I had for him to
sign was a couple of postcards I had JUST bought in that same kiosk.

It was the best day of my life (other than meeting my future bride).

Fate is fickle, isn't it? :)

Happy belated 50th birthday Anthony Kiedis...from a old-school RHCP fan
that loved your club shows here back in the day.

Those good times are not forgotten.

It's hard to believe it's been TWENTY-FIVE YEARS since SRV died.
Stevie Ray was one of my idols. It was special watching him spice up
Bowie's sound in the 80's and then head out on his own. I'll never forgive
Bowie for mimicking SRV's solo in that "China Girl" video, but it's in the
video vaults forever. Doesn't matter to me. I always knew that it was SRV
that carried him for that period of time. Also hard to believe that his
brother Jimmy taught HIM how to play. We saw who took it to the next
level, didn't we? Don't worry though. Stevie's still selling out shows every
night as a featured guitarist in Heaven's House Blues Band. :)

Wow, I guess it has been 25 years, hasn't it? I was pregnant with Bear when he passed. Everyone (it seemed) in L. A. put their headlights on in honor of him. Such a sad happening.
