Michael Jackson died years ago and was replaced by a white impersonator.

In all seriousness though, it sucks as he was awesome at that music thing.

The tasteless jokes are already flying too.

Repost from "Today's Headlines" thread;

I'm sad about Michael. I know, I know...most can only think of the filthy controversies, but....

I have always thought he was bad-ass, especially as a kid. I really believe that in his mind he was a child.
He was a 50 year old Peter Pan with a misplaced childhood. I'm sad that he is gone.

Ditto.

I hope he can finally be happy now.

It's sad, and I remember cutting loose on the dance floor many times
to some 80's Michael.

Like him or not, he entertained us ALL.

Think he worked himself too hard for the UK tour or what?

I heard/ read that none other than The Incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno was being MJ's personal trainer to get him ready for the tour. Not to bulk up, just to get his endurance ready. I hope that had no part. Heck, MJ was 120 lbs soaking wet, and has always looked kind of frail, even just hard cardio must have been rather exerting for MJ. Or not, the guy danced all day long.

Well, after Thriller he just got too odd. That is as far as liking his music I go.

His contribution to music and the industry is epic and undeniable.
