I Loved NY

Post by afterimage »

We had a great trip to NYC.
It is a very interesting city with all of the diverse ethnic groups and cultures on display.
I am sorry I missed the opportunity to meet K4Rush at out meeting opportunity we were trying to locate luggage and get 26 kids in their rooms.
I did get to meet PV and her artistic daugther a nice treat.
We got to take a whirlwind tour and among the highlights for me were St Patricks Cathederal, Ellis Island, Central Park and the boat ride past the Statue Of Liberty and the view of the skyline from the harbor at night. I just wish we would have had more time.

It was great fun to meet Ai and his hobbits in NYC. :D We had a nice visit although it was a bit hectic and too short. Sarah enjoyed her first trip to the City and is already bugging me to take her back. I've got myself a shopper! :D

And Schu, I know we'll meet someday. I just hope it's soon!

Why not the art museum here in Philadelphia? You could run the stairs like Rocky!

I love NYC!!! I've been there several times and feel like it's a friend. There is nowhere else that I feel such a connection to. If I were rich I'd move there in a second.

And Schuette--I've been to Scotland and highly recommend it to everyone here.
