In my opinion, there can be no fart scene as funny as the campfire scene in Blazing Saddles. The first time I saw it I, literally, nearly wet myself laughing and, as such, missed a large chunk of the film as I was in the toilet.

The film was really stupid, but it made me smile every time the villain in The Master of Disguise would start laughing diabollically and then fart and embarrass himself.

Blazing Saddles gets my vote. The edited version gets shown occasionally on television, and that scene doesn't make any sense without the noises.

Corky Romano is funny in the non-fart that he attempts.

i love Blazing Saddles period. my dad doesn't care for Mel Brooks' humor, but i think it's hilarious!!

my family was blessed with an uncanny knack for farting, so we all look at Dad whenever somebody on tv farts. he just laughs!

"I'd say you've had ENOUGH!"

Too classic for words. Mel Brooks = Genious. Whether you like it or NOT, you Teutonic TWAT! (did I say that?)

You're all high on dope.

The best fart scene is, of course, Robert Wuhl farting Volare in the epic comedy Hollywood Knights.

Wasn't there a brief fart scene in Cave Man that involved fire?

Another incredibly funny fart scene never actually made into the finished film as its an outake. I think it was in one of the Pink Panther films where there are four of them going up in a lift. The script called for one of them to fart and the others to edge away from him. It must havetaken seven or eight takes before it was abandoned as the entire cast and crew would crack up laughing.

A sucessful version of this scene was in Police Academy 5.

Blazing Saddles still rules
