Skinny 'sports flash boy' : "Most annoying band ever"

Host : "They aren't too bad, but Geddy Lee is one ugly dude."

Jock: "They've got some good songs though."

Flash boy : "His voice is sooooo annoying"

Host: (singing) "Today's Tom Sawyer a tough tough guy"
"they're all right "

I suppose it could have went better, but at least we got mentioned before anyone else.

Thanks for the heads-up. HOWMEVER....

I have to say this (as I know it is "unspoken" and beautifully so in your "message" but...) Geddy Lee is NOT an ugly dude.

He is HOT! He is charismatic and cool. He is the penultimate bass player of all time and the most "multi-tasker" musician I have ever seen (and I've seen a bunch of talent).

I've said it before but his voice could melt a sno-cone on the North Pole.

He can stand and play ONE note and have women fall down. He is talented beyond belief.

My first thought when hearing them start to talk about the list was that 'Rush won't be on there'.
Then to have the first caller mention them was awesome.

The flash guy is a dweeb, and was voting Journey on the list.
Now I love Journey myself, but top 10 all time? No way.
The other 2 guys laughed him off too on that one.

As for the drum tour, now i am feeling the pressure.
It happens to be the Patriots opening night game against the Raiders,
so I may have to leave work early to see the set and miss the traffic to the game.
I gotta call the store and see what time it will be there.

Dude, though choice. My "significant" is a die hard and I mean DIE HARD Raider fan and is still pee-ood about that call in the snow bowl.

I'm a HUGE football fan (although sadly my team is the Jets) but I might go for the kit as it is something you may never get to see again with such explanations by Lorn.

On the other hand...don't lissen to moi. The Pats may have an amayzing earth-shaking game you don't want to miss and you may be just a "dude" in the crowd about the kit.

I'd still like to see it up close, though. Your call. Tough one.

As for the Raiders, as long as he understands the snow bowl call was correct, he can be mad all he wants. The rule is dumb, I agree, and in reality it was a fumble, I agree, but as the rule reads, the call was correct.
