Any chance you can get some of your video hosted somewhere? Not the interview stuff but any other fun stuff you shot that day? If you shot any? :?

Soup, you'll have to tell the family you have an airplane convention
in Chowdah country, and head on up if they do the indoor run
we all hope they make.

PV, I will try in the next few days to get the video
up, but I've never done it before, so it will be a learning experience.

Hairy, a few guys and I are trying to do a Rush Fan documentary,
filming in the parking lots of people's gatherings, signs,
the venue signage, grilling,
and we 'interview' folks asking them about their first Rush show, how many they've seen, any Rush related stories, favorite songs, tours, etc.
(mostly people we know, but someone in Mansfield found a 45 year old guy finally seeing his first Rush show and he consented to an interview.)

So I did PV and RushFan and Mini on the camera in the lot.
I also got shots of Pan and Kares and everyone else as well.

If anyone wants to contribute footage,
shoot some and pm me and I can have you mail me the
8mm tape, or vhs cassette or dvd and we'll see if we can weave it in.
Just have everyone start by stating and spelling first and last names (not to be used on screen, but for the credits for proper spelling)
Obviously this will only work for the outdoor shows as video cameras won't be allowed in arenas.

Video cameras aren't allowed where we are going, but I will talk with Leon and Marnie about doing this before the gig when we go and then leaving the camera hidden in the vehicle.

Not even in the parking lot?
That's where we shot stuff, in the venue lots.
Nothing inside the gates of the venue, as you said, no cameras allowed.

If you wanted to do 'interviews' that can be done at home or elsewhere
at anytime, doesn't have to be @ the venue.

But we have good shots of grilling, people with Canadian flags,
different Rush related shirts and stuff. It's could turn out to be a good little film when finished!

In the parking lot, sure, but that would hold for a parking lot of an indoor venue as well.

True. I tend to not think of people milling about in parking lots of indoor venues since my experience is they are all over the place.
Good point.
