I feel like I'm being watched by eyes in the darkness  I turned to look, but it was gone, I cannot put my finger on it now.

Does anyone know what really happened with this situation?I only just found out about this like, last week.If Alex's son, Justin had listened to the management's warnings of not going onto the stage, none of this would have happened...
This has the potential of being more harmful to the future of Rush than the tragedies that almost sent Neil Peart over the edge!
I think that Alex and his son might need to take a look at the possibility that alcohol does not agree with them.Did you see the original possible penalties that Alex could have been facing?!

I was talking about the upocoming trial recently when we all thought of something.

If Alex is found guilty and sentanced (here's hoping not), isn't it likely that, as a convicted criminal (in nthe eyes of the law) that he will be refused entry visas into the US, or are we misunderstanding the entry situation?

Could this be Rush's last US tour?

Possibly, that would suck... But I'm close enough to the border to catch them in Canada

Still I would be unhappy that he got convicted! :???:
