Since my hoser daughter didn't tell you (she may be keeping the secret to herself), I will.

Well, as this is Alex's house of love, I say that we duct tape him so he can't move and then lock him in a closet while one of us takes his place on stage....oh, wait! We did that with Nikko McBrain from Iron Maiden and it took him three days to ged the tape off, not to mention how hungry and thirsty he was! Perhaps we should not do that.
