My Art Work

Post by Mr. Potatoe Head »

here are some of my paintings....
Oh' and by the way they are for sale.

Image

this one seemed to come out a bit darker than it really is a lot of expressionism and impressionism along with a bit of abstraction and a tad of realism

Image

this one is a painting of my brother holding the catch of the day in my kitchen when I lived in Maine

Image

This one is an artist friend of mine that lived in Maine also he passed away

Image

Copy of a Van Gogh with a twist of my own

Image

This one is an open air I did while I lived in KY

Image
This one is about 5 years old done her in PA

Image

A Winter sceen done in the open air here in PA while at work hee hee tisk tisk LOL

Image

This one was done a few months ago expressionistic I guess I was thinking about all the terrible things going on in the world

Image

getting quite abstract with this one. I used all the left over pallets I save over the years scraping the paint off we must save the environment

Image

My ship coming in but I am still waiting working waiting working working LOL this was influnced by a painting I saw not much like the original and sorry I forgot the name of the artist

Well, that's a bit more about me. Perhaps I can fix the first one later it's much brighter and clearer than the image.

Hugs,
Spudly

Hi Tattie-heed,

I reckon you're pushing intellectual property rights a wee bit with your contribution above ?

No ? :-D

Wonderful work, Spud! :-D

I remember seeing the first ones a few years ago and am just as impressed seeing them again. The "fields" one reminds me a bit of Bonnard, eh? ;) I know he's not as well-known as Van Gogh but I'm a bit of a freak for thinking that anyway.

I had not seen the last couple and I just love the boat. 8)

Post more!! :)

Thank you all for the replies, no offence taken (hands Xanny a cigar) copy rights can be purchased for reproduction, along with the painting, Roc.
I like Bonnard' the way he used colors is amazing, Kares. Being self taught I study art inside and out and I'll post more before the year is out.

I just thought you would like to know that I moved your painting to my kitchen and have gotten raves on it from two different people who visited my home this past week.
