Rush covers

Post by KaelMwithascrubbrush » Sat Nov 29, 2003 7:47 pm

This question as been brought up before, but time for it again, especially with that hilliarious little reference to "Girl from Ipanema" on RIR.

What songs would you like to hear Rush cover in concert?

I would love to hear the boys do:
  • some of "Bitches Brew" by Miles Davis
    "Red" by King Crimson
    "Black Dog" by Led Zeppelin.

Don't tell me about rock and roll I'm out there in the clubs and on the streets and I'm living it! I am rock and roll!

Besides covering other songs (anything by The Who would ROCK!), I'd like to see them through in some stuff from Victor and My Favorite Headache.
I don't have faith in faith, I don't believe in belief, You can call me faithless, I still cling to hope, And I believe in love, And that's faith enough for me... Neil Peart

I would love to have Ben Mink make a special guest appearance and have the boys play "Still" or "Grace to Grace" 8)

I'd love to try that on my kids, but luckily we have been able to keep our kids away from top 40 radio, so they don't know who that is. :D
