Sorry, not a fan. While I don't think its *bad* per se, I never thought it was all that good, or fresh in the first place.

Wolfmother sounds like a really good bar band playing 70's covers to me. I'll give them a bit of a free pass for a while though. They're only teenagers, and deserve some time to develop their own sound. Silverchair were a generic grunge band when they started, and look how far they've come since!

Silverchair? That always reminds me of a Narnian book. Where did they get that name?

Yes, Prince Caspian and the Silver Chair.

I've often wondered if the band plucked their name from C.S. Lewis, but never bothered to investigate. Mebbe I'll google it later.
