On a $2 straight bet I would win $37.40 if I placed it on the #2 horse Miraculous Miss Rose who placed 2nd. I guess I can still read a racing form after all.

Excellent sports commentary, Wendy.
I am now happy to say; I missed yesterdays post. Nevertheless I won't today and would really like to know your opinion on today's races, please. With what I assume is going to be a sloopy track I am going to have to change my bets around. Oh' the headache I am going to get trying to suss this out. Might as well just spin a wheel and hope for the best, eh?
I talked with Kares and she has been having a hard time of it lately so send her a smile everyone.

Oops,didn't mean to double post,sorry.
What great race, Curlin ran fantastic
in the slop. Such a shame about number
eight,George Washington, busted up
the sesamoid bones in the foot and had to
be euthanized. He was owned by Barbaro's
owners, makes me wonder now about their
training methods or breeding line. Why so many
similar breakdowns in their racers?
Just coincidence?
