Go Scoot!

Ya, I had braces when I was like 20 years old!!! The color of the rubber bands determined how "tight" they were, though. Pink being the loosest, etc. As the teeth moved the color/size of the rubber band was adjusted. Dunno how it works now.

And YEAH on Dental Insurance. :x It's the WORST!!! Ugh...

These days I think the colors don't mean anything. Things are so much more "fun" for kids today. I want to be a kid again! ;-)

Scoot went in her for her second round today. They put the rest of the tops on.

Then her and I went to have lunch with Leon. We had hamburgers and tots. Scoot bit into her first, cut up bite, and one of her brackets popped off. We go back in about an hour to get that fixed.

Her mouth has been buggin her more today, but I think its more so the bracket not being there and the wire poking her in her cheek. :(

Other than that, she's doing great with them. :D

The Ortho doc cut back the wire for now and will replace the bracket on the next visit to get the bottom braces put on.

Ah, that's better. Not many pains that can ruin your day, not to mention your dinner, like mouth pain.

You go Scoot! Image

I forget if our son's had a % covered.
I know we had a 15 month payment plan though.

Wires in the cheek can't be a good thing.

Hang in there though!
