The first looks photoshopped to me. The lighting's all wrong.

The second is obviously staged - and equally obviously not anything newsworthy.

According to your own list the guy in #3 is gay. No, sorry: "a Flaaaaming homo."

Number four is as newsworthy as #2.

As for number five, I can see the headline now: "War in Iraq Suspended! US Soldier loses contact lens!"

And number six is a picture of a soldier. Why would anyone expect that to make the headlines?

Yeah! Enough of this crap! No red-blooded soldier would ever hold a baby or scratch a kitty or pray! It's all staged propaganda! ALL OF IT! They're not humans! They're all brainwashed baby-killing terrorists, every last one of them!

I didn't say they'd never do those things. I said - several times - that such mundane activities should not be expected to make the news headlines.

The only thing in there that looked photoshopped to me was the very last one. The European flags on his sleeve don't look quite natural. But it sure made me smile.
