Bought it....Loved it....thanks to whoever sent me the "cheat" to open up the 1975 film-video of "Anthem"....That was SO special...they look SO young, and reminds me of when I was a teen in the 70's and just turning on to Rush...Thanks Alex, Geddy and Neil....That was very kind of you to share it with us...what a nugget...

One question though....WERE YOU GUYS LIP-SYNCHING???? C'mon now....you can tell us...we're gonna find out you know, so you may as well 'fess up to it....It's only been 30 YEARS!

JUST KIDDING....."LEAVE THAT THING ALONE"

I found this about Red Barchetta:

h/t: Joe Bosso @ MusicRadar.com

“The [Red Barchetta] guitar solo was me stepping on the wah-wah pedal and
kind of easing back on it a little. It sort of acted like a filter, and that’s how I
got that nasal-y kind of sound. When I was younger and tried to get that
Jeff Beck tone, that’s what I would do.â€￾ - Lerxst

As far as the YYZ "violin" effect...no luck.

Hope this helps....and welcome to the forum! :)
